| Sorry Blackice, I didn't read your whole post. I stopped at, "Now I have to serve 2 months because I like MJ." But I can relate to your frustration with Ash. I hate dealing with Ash directly. I have ordered a couple items from him through PayPal. A DualZ when they first came out and a fiberglass fan shroud. The story was always the same: Prior to my order, he returned my emails promptly, answered all my questions, and would state the product was "in stock." As soon as money was received and PayPal complete, he vanished off the radar. Whenever I did finally get a hold of him, he always had an excuse. What was unacceptable to me was that I was the one calling him to find out his problem. With reputable vendors they contact me if there's a hiccup. Every time I got some excuse about "powder-coating being bad" or "a bad batch of fiberglass" I would think to myself, "Well, were you ever going to let me know about that? Or do I have to keep calling you?" Ash has got it figured out. He doesn't turn orders around quickly because he's an "innovator". That means that if you really want to purchase a product, you'd be willing to wait beyond the PayPal 30-day complaint policy. Any other purchase won't be structured through written contract, so you have limited recourse. My advice for any potential Ash customers is to purchase his products through a reputable vendor like Specialty Z. Let them deal with Ash. Otherwise, exercise a bi-lateral contract (simultaneously - you give me my product, I give you your money). He may be a Z32 genius, but he's also a prima donna. "...I think these posts are very important in highlighting a continued trend of Ash's lack of business integrity." OverZealous (CT) Absolutely.
